We have two guest rooms, both situated on the ground floor, boasting beautiful, uninterrupted views across the Colyford Common Nature Reserve and the lovely Axe Estuary – famous for its birdlife. Both rooms look out over our landscaped gardens, and provide a peaceful setting for your break.
The available accommodation comprises one super-king room with private en-suite bathroom, and one twin room with adjacent private shower room
Both rooms are furnished with colour televisions, clock radios and tea/coffee making facilities. Next door is our residents’ lounge/dining room which leads out to a private sun terrace with splash pool, set in our large landscaped gardens.
Guests are welcome to use the summerhouse which overlooks a natural wildlife pond. From here you can see the unique Seaton to Colyton Tram Service which travels along the estuary and nature reserve and stops in Colyford.
We serve a freshly prepared full English breakfast using locally sourced ingredients, at a time to suit our guests.
